About Belen Rodriguez

 

I’m Belen Rodriguez, an HR Executive with over a decade of experience helping companies build strong teams and sustainable growth, all by putting people first. My background spans industries like luxury design, wellness, retail, and hospitality, always with one goal in mind: creating workplaces where people feel valued, and leaders feel supported.

Through my years in executive roles, I recognized a critical gap: small businesses often face big HR challenges, without the resources for a full-time HR department. That’s exactly why I launched this consultancy to give business owners direct, expert support without the overhead.
